Curling League Event 2

This event will host the second round of fixtures of the 22-23 Scottish Student Curling League!

Venue: Dewars Ice Rink

Date: Wednesday 2nd November 2022

Eligibility: All curlers must be a fully matriculated student with an Institution of Higher Education in Scotland as per our Terms and Conditions

All curlers on a team where possible must be from the same Higher Educational Institution. If players from other institutions are unable to form a full team, then they may play on behalf of another institution provided they have received permission from the relevant sports unions. This will include the formation of mixed teams within the league.

Format: The draw will be released once entries close

Equipment/Match Organisation: Please see the SS Curling League Rules and Regulations for equipment regulations

Team Sheets: Don’t forget to get your players allocated to their teams on the SSS Playwaze system by 4pm on Tuesday 1st November! New players who didn’t play in an earlier League Match should ensure they are signed up via the SSS Playwaze system and pay their £42 entry fee (payment details below)

Payment: You will be able to pay by card on this system. If you wish to request support from your Sports Union to cover the cost of your attendance, please click ‘Defer Payment’ and this will send them an invoice request. PLEASE NOTE – you should talk to your Sports Union about financial support BEFORE you sign-up to this event
