Rugby

Key Information

A game for everyone – no less so across Student Rugby in Scotland

It is fair to say Scotland’s Colleges and Universities offer a unique and diverse experience for anyone looking to play Rugby at a student level. Whether you are looking to develop your skills, jump straight into the 1st team, or try rugby for the first time, you will be welcomed with open arms.

We put up an excellent fight against our rival nations within the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) programme, with those in the Scottish Leagues playing towards the finals in the BUCS Trophy or Conference, eventually leading to matches against the best Rugby-playing Universities in Britain.

Speak with someone in charge of sport at your institution to get involved and save this page for student National Squad, competitions, results and news across this academic year.
