Archery Outdoor Championships

Peffermill will once again host the prestigious Outdoor Championships and Outdoor Head to Head! Each club is guaranteed 5 entries, with 4 non-guaranteed. Additional spaces will be filled by a random draw.
Venue: Peffermill Playing Fields, Laurie Liddell Clubhouse, Peffermill Road, Edinburgh, EH16 5LL
Date: 16th-17th April 2022
Time: Club arrivals from 9am, assembly from 9.30am.
Eligibility: All archers must be a fully matriculated student with an Institution of Higher Education (University or College) in Scotland. Guest entries will not be taken in this competition, as it is the first back after the pandemic and we wish to ensure all students have their competitive opportunities prioritised
Format:
Outdoor Champs (Saturday):
Round: WA1440
Senior male archers to shoot at 90m, 70m, 50m, 30m.
Senior female and novice male archers to shoot at 70m, 60m, 50m, 30m.
Novice female archers to shoot at 60m, 50m, 40m, 30m.
Entries: Individuals need to enter via the SSS Playwaze system by 4pm on Thursday 7th April 2022
Clubs are Guaranteed places for up to 5 archers, although may enter up to 4 as ‘Non-Guaranteed’ (who will be accepted by random draw to fill remaining spaces). Please note, your Sports Unions will need to know who your Guaranteed and Non-Guaranteed shooters are as they have permissions on the system to make those selections.
Payment: £10 per archer for the weekend (covers Head to Head entry too). As there are set capacity limits set per institution for this event, the system is set up to invoice your Sports Unions for the total entries we receive per club. These invoices will be sent in the week following the Championships.
