CHANGES – Train the Trainer Course
CHANGES: Train the Trainer upskills staff to deliver workshops, tackling challenging initiation and hazing activity in student sport
We are excited to be running the third CHANGES Intervention: Train the Trainer workshop in Scotland.
This course has been designed to up-skill staff in the sector to deliver awareness workshops to clubs. The research demonstrates that the awareness workshops have the greatest impact when delivered by someone external to the institution. There is an expectation that if you sign up to this course you are happy and willing to deliver awareness workshops at other institutions. We hope that with full buy in from the sector that it would be lots of staff delivering a few, ideally within your region.

Please note that we are mindful of the challenges Covid-19 may bring with delivering this course. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep up to date with public health guidelines so that we can take all the necessary steps to ensure the safety of those involved.
