The Scottish Student Cheerleading Masterclass returns!

This is your chance to shake off the cobwebs and get back in to Pom plus learn from other Coaches and Captains.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the number of classes on offer is smaller than usual. The fun we’ll have will be just the same, though!

Date: Sunday 30th January 2022

Venue: Oriam, Heriot Watt University

Classes: Pom and Coaches & Captains

Time: 0900 Warm up, 0930-1100 Pom, 1100-1230 Coaches and Captains, 1230-1300 Cool Down

Eligibility: All attendees must be currently matriculated at a Scottish University or College.

Sign Up Cost: £10 per person, per class. All sign-ups are subject to the SSS Event Terms and Conditions

Sign-Up Deadline: Please sign-up via SSS Playwaze by 4pm on Thursday 27th January so we have an idea of the numbers we are expecting. A ‘How To’ Guide of how to use the new system can be found HERE

Equipment: Please come in appropriate exercise clothing/footwear for each class. No jewellery please. Athletes should bring the applicable footwear if possible.

SSS Event COVID-19 Guidance: Please note, SSS will ask you to read this Disclaimer and complete this Self-Declaration Form before arrival at the event. Your participation is also subject to these Terms and Conditions, which state the protocols which will be followed on the day to keep you, and us, safe. All training days will be carried out in accordance with the latest COVID-19 advice from the Scottish Government.

In addition:

  • You will be asked to wear a mask at all times when not doing activity, unless exempt and wearing a sunflower lanyard
  • Time spent in changing rooms should be limited as they are open to general members of the public
  • Hand sanitisation must be conducted at regular intervals throughout the day, using the sanitiser available at the venue and your own
