The SS Curling League is back! This year, we’re taking individual payments and enabling teams to make up numbers via the SSS Playing for Another Institution Policy. More fun for everyone!

Date: Wednesday 20th October 2021
Time: 1200
Eligibility: All curlers must be a fully matriculated student with an Institution of Higher Education in Scotland.
All curlers on a team where possible must be from the same Higher Educational Institution. If players from other institutions are unable to form a full team, then they may play on behalf of another institution provided they have received permission from the relevant sports unions. This will include the formation of mixed teams within the league.
Format: A draw will be created once entries close with the fixture list, but the goal is for everyone to play each team once

Entries: This year, we are accepting individual entry fees per curler in order to make Mixed Teams to boost League Team Numbers.
Individuals need to enter via the new SSS Playwaze system HERE by Sunday 17th October 2021. You can sign up to the system via these handy steps
Teams need to be ‘created’ on the system before players can be allocated. Captains will be able to set these up, free of charge, via the entry system HERE
Payment: You will be able to pay by card on this system. If you wish to request support from your Sports Union to cover the cost of your attendance, please click ‘Defer Payment’ and this will send them an invoice request. PLEASE NOTE – you should talk to your Sports Union about financial support BEFORE you sign-up to this event
SSS Event COVID-19 Guidance: Please note, SSS will ask you to read this Disclaimer and complete this Self-Declaration Form before arrival at each fixture. Your participation is also subject to these Terms and Conditions, which state the protocols which will be followed on the day to keep you, and us, safe. All training days will be carried out in accordance with the latest COVID-19 advice from the Scottish Government.
